Psychological and pedagogical support in modern education acts, on the one hand, as a process and, on the other hand, as a comprehensive method which involves various activities consistently implemented by support specialists in order to identify and solve issues of child development and education through preventive, diagnostic, corrective, developmental and advisory assistance. In turn, the support of people with disabilities in inclusive education has its own characteristic features. It is not just the sum of various techniques of diagnostic, consulting, corrective and developmental work; it represents a comprehensive method of support in solving the issues of development, training, upbringing and socialization. Consulting and education of participants in the educational process, developmental and corrective activities, diagnostics for determining the components of an individual educational program in the structure of the individual educational trajectory are specific meaningful forms of the support specialists’ work. The effectiveness of this activity in Russia is ensured by the presence of and depends on the organizational, educational and regulatory conditions that make it possible to create a team of psychological, medical and pedagogical council — support professionals. However, there are still unresolved issues related to the very training of specialists in inclusive education at the theoretical, methodological, social, economic, personal, psychological, organizational, educational, professional and ideological levels in the information and digital culture and the communicative environment. Significant difficulties also arise in the legal protection of disabled people. Moreover, there is not enough experience of teaching and management in the inclusive classroom. There are no programs or synchronization of disciplines aimed at facilitating the adaptation of students with disabilities, i.e., there is a shortage of resources, means and tools for psychological and pedagogical support. Finding a solution to these issues will make it possible to implement the idea of the psychological and pedagogical support, embedded in human humanity.Downloads
