An ontological overview of various approaches and studies aimed at studying and solving the problem of educational overload of schoolchildren is presented. The predictors of educational overload are determined and considered: external factors – the tension of the educational and social environment; internal factors – the individual psychological characteristics of students. It is proved that in order to prevent and overcome this problem for students of grades 6-8 of a general education school, work aimed not only at eliminating the risks of the educational environment, but also at the development of subjective personality qualities will be effective. Objective: to theoretically substantiate, develop and test a modular program for overcoming educational overload in students of the basic general school, aimed at reducing the tension of the educational and social environment, at the formation of the following components of subjectivity in schoolchildren: value-semantic, reflexive, emotional-volitional, cognitive, organizational, personal, social. To identify students experiencing learning overload, questionnaires were used: "General learning load" (M. M. Bezrukikh), questionnaire "Subjective assessment of learning load" (E. L. Arshinskaya). The study involved 125 students of grades 6-8 of schools in Irkutsk, who had a marked educational overload, teachers and parents of these students. For each group of participants, their own program modules were developed. The results of the study showed that the causes of educational overload are complex, therefore, their overcoming and prevention should be carried out consistently: through increasing the psychological and pedagogical competence of parents and teachers, the formation of a student's subjective position among schoolchildren. The data obtained indicate the effectiveness and prospects of work in this direction, for this purpose, a psychoprophylactic program is proposed, which can be implemented by a school psychologist. The novelty lies in the fact that the work on overcoming educational overload in the educational process is solved by improving the psychological competence of participants in the educational process.Downloads
